At Elite Electronics LLC, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with an eligible product, you may request a return in accordance with the terms and conditions below.
Customers may request a return within 30 days from the date the order is delivered.
The return request must be submitted within the 30-day return period. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted.

Approved returns must generally be sent by mail or shipping carrier to the return address provided by Elite Electronics LLC.
Customers are responsible for securely packaging the product so that it is protected during return transportation.
For defective, damaged, or incorrect products confirmed to be our responsibility, Elite Electronics LLC may provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, as applicable.
For eligible change-of-mind returns, the customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs.

If the requested replacement is unavailable, an eligible refund may be offered instead.
For large or heavy products such as televisions, air conditioners, refrigerators, generators, electric bikes, golf carts, outboard engines, and other oversized equipment, special transportation and return arrangements may apply.
Customers should contact us before returning any oversized product. Return transportation costs for change-of-mind returns may be the customer’s responsibility.
Manufacturer warranties are separate from this general return policy.
If a product develops a fault after the applicable return period, the customer may be entitled to warranty service according to the manufacturer’s warranty terms.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they wish to cancel an order.
Cancellation requests cannot always be guaranteed once an order has been processed, shipped, customized, or placed into production.
For special-order, customized, or made-to-order products, cancellation conditions may differ and will be communicated before the order is finalized.
Where an order is successfully cancelled and a refund is approved, the refund will generally be returned to the original payment method.

This policy applies to purchases made through the Elite Electronics LLC online store unless a specific product, quotation, invoice, or sales agreement states different terms that have been agreed with the customer.
