1. Policy Overview

At ELITE ELECTRONICS LLC, we take great care in packaging and shipping every order. However, in rare situations, items may arrive damaged, incomplete, or missing.

This policy outlines the procedures and requirements for reporting:

  • Shipping damage

  • Missing items

  • Incorrect items

  • Tampered packages

Timely reporting is required to qualify for investigation and resolution.

2. Damaged Items (Visible Shipping Damage)

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging before opening.

  • Take photos of internal packaging and damaged product.

  • Keep all packaging materials.

You must report visible shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.

Failure to report within 48 hours may void eligibility for claims.

3. Concealed Damage (Damage Discovered After Opening)

If damage is discovered after opening the package:

  • Take clear photos and/or video of the damage.

  • Include photos of the packaging and shipping label.

  • Do not discard the box or packing materials.

You must report concealed damage within 5 calendar days of delivery.

Claims reported after this timeframe may be denied.

4. Missing Items

If your order is incomplete:

  • Check the packing slip carefully.

  • Some items may ship separately.

  • Verify tracking information for multiple shipments.

If an item is missing, report it within 5 calendar days of delivery and provide:

  • Order number

  • Product name

  • Photos of the package contents

  • Photo of the shipping label

We reserve the right to investigate missing item claims before issuing replacement or refund.

5. Incorrect Items Received

If you receive the wrong item:

  • Do not open sealed manufacturer packaging.

  • Take photos of the product received.

  • Contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery.

We will provide instructions for return and replacement if the claim is validated.

6. Carrier Marked “Delivered” but Not Received

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the package:

  • Verify the shipping address on your order.

  • Check with household members or neighbors.

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly.

  • Check around your property for safe drop locations.

If the package is still not located:

  • Contact us within 3 calendar days of the delivery scan.

  • We may initiate a carrier investigation.

Please note:

ELITE ELECTRONICS LLC is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery to the correct address.

Customers may be required to file a police report in cases of suspected theft.

7. Investigation Process

All damaged or missing item claims are subject to review.

We may:

  • Request additional photos or videos

  • Contact the shipping carrier

  • Require a damage inspection

  • Request return of damaged items

Providing false claims or manipulated evidence may result in denial and possible account restriction.

8. Resolution Options

If a claim is approved, we may:

  • Ship a replacement

  • Issue store credit

  • Provide a partial refund

  • Provide a full refund (if replacement unavailable)

Resolution type will be determined at our discretion based on product availability and claim validation.

9. Non-Eligible Claims

We do not accept claims for:

  • Cosmetic box damage that does not affect product functionality

  • Minor packaging wear

  • Claims submitted outside reporting timeframe

  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse

  • Claims without photo/video evidence

  • Missing items reported after extended delays

10. Large Items (TVs, Generators, E-Bikes, etc.)

For oversized or high-value items:

  • Inspect the item immediately upon delivery.

  • Do not sign “Delivery Accepted” without checking visible condition.

  • Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt.

Failure to note visible damage at delivery may limit claim approval.

11. Fraud Prevention Notice

To protect our customers and business:

  • Serial numbers are recorded prior to shipment.

  • Package weight is documented.

  • Delivery confirmation and signature may be required.

  • Claims are reviewed carefully.

Fraudulent claims may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
