[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Plus TV is a bit confusing initially, and the USB remote likewise

Buying a Samsung TV was an easy decision as we’ve found their TVs to be reliable, the quality of the picture and sound to be good, all at a reasonable price. Connecting the TV was straight forward. Setting up the TV and using Smart TV functionality was more chalenging.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Set up instructions would be good.
Shown how to fit the legs & where to put the power cable, nothing else.
Good picture I guess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sorry to say but I really regret getting this TV. The viewing angle is awful. The loss of colour at a >60ish degree viewing angle is very poor. The TV is also very buggy. It has frozen on me and gone blank screen on several occasions, and yes I have rebooted, updated, clear cache etc. How can my TV from 7 years ago have a better picture quality? I only got it for the price but even still I am very disappointed with this

I bought this television 2 weeks ago and I love it, I went for another brand with my last television. I was not impressed with it, so went back to Samsung. Much better.

Great picture quality with bright colours and sharp detail. The TV works smoothly and the smart apps load quickly. Sound is decent, and it connects well to external audio. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and would recommend it.
