I bought this a few weeks ago and the sound quality is actually quite good. Works as advertised although the suction is not strong so I’d advise against putting high up if a strong grip is not established.

It looked really great, but it did not ‘stick’ to the wall surface. Consequently, it dropped off, smashing into small pieces. Obviously, not good for splinters.
