We didn’t need a full sized fryer any more so, with some trepidation, we gave this a try.
We were not disappointed. The basket holds enough for two people and it gets to operating temperature very quickly. The results will depend on which oil you use but we found it mad the food nice and crispy, as desired.
Glad we chose this, it saves on power and does the job quickly and efficiently. Also very easy to store and keep clean.

I bought this fryer to make home made chips and it does them really nice. More than enough for 2 people possibly 3. Happy with my purchase just one small criticism the handle has to be taken off when storing
