Had to return this item. Whilst it generally worked well (did not try grill function) the ability to set a time for the cooking wasnt available as the button for this feature didnt work. Returned and ordered a different microwave as no longer sure of the quality of any subsequent versions after a period of use considering this was a brand new product.
