Only had this washer 5 months and have had the motor replaced already. It claims to be a 10.5 kg machine but the motor learly isn’t big enough to take that sort of load. There’s only 2 of us in the house so it’s not getting overused. Be aware when purchasing this machine.

Still early days as only used it a few times but so far so good!, love the app that conrols the additional programmes like bedding, jeans and delicates. If you dont know which programme to select then there is an auto cycle that weighs your washing and decides for you. The auto dispenser is a real plus as the opening for the liquid takes up to a litre and the conditioner half a litre and the machine decides the amount to use and tells you when the dispenser is running low. All in all a winner !
