It’s a pleasure to use, washes well and I love the fact I can change the temperature, spin speed etc all from the app! The 9kg drum is a great upgrade from my previous machine too.
I love the little tune it plays when it has finished too 😊

Had this since January, took shopping bolts out, level it nicely, vibrating even when empty, violently shaking when has load in it, bought a new spirit level , vibration pads, still does it, i was sold by this reviews and longer warranty, nothing like it, look for other manufacturers,i am going to use mine for an year and goes to the tip, i should of send it back in the first 14 days, worst buy ever had in a while

We have used the new LG washing machine a couple of times now since we bought it on 28th January 2026. Everything is working well and as expected. We have used to 30 minute cycle, and this will probably be the most used programme for us. Looking forward to many years of trouble free use.

Very new still. Don’t know why LG ask for reviews so early. Maybe to capture a feel good factor. I like the low noise level and balanced spin (so far). BUT door is very flimsy and even if treated with care (surely you shouldn’t have to be thinking about this) may be an issue over time.

Compared to my previous LG which I had for 10 years this is not as good. It doesn’t look aesthetically pleasing and the product quality is missing – looks very basic.
So far washes well and reasonably quiet and cycles don’t take too long which is why I purchased this machine. The big option I miss is ‘crease care’, this isn’t available with this model and the clothes are coming out creased giving me an extra pile of ironing to do.
