So far has been easy to set up and get going with the App. Still struggling to work out manual duplexing though – apparently it can be done but it’s not obvious to me how. Otherwise, print quality is great and for what I want it for it will do me just fine.

Great printer but has been problematic setting up – HP will not allow Wi-Fi printing to be set up without enabling location services – this is blocked on my corporate PC for security reasons. HP won’t provide any alternative option. So I cannot use a key feature because of standard company policies.

Got this printer a few weeks ago and found it very easy to link to my ‘HP Smart’ app on my iPhone and MacBook Air. Colour definition is very good and clear. Not had it long enough to see how long the toner 4x cartridges last.
Ive had several inkjet colour printers and this colour laser printer beats them in every aspect.
I would recommend this printer to anyone who wants quality at a realistic price.

This was a replacement for our older printer which was exactly same model. It was insured through Argos and started to have issues with the print not “fixing” and smudging on labels, they replaced the item no questions asked. So not only do I highly recommend this compact, efficient printer, I also recommend Argos insurance too.

I bought this printer to replace a Samsung C410 which is almost identical. It is fine now but was trouble to start with. Would not accept paper, I put in the Samsung paper tray and NO TROUBLE. Found the lugs on the HP. tray that raise the paper were stiff and not working. Loosened them and Okay now.
BIG DISAPPOINTMENT. Although the cartridges look identical Samsung / HP I am told they are not interchangeable – pity as Samsung ones are 90 % full.

I bought one of these a couple of months ago it’s not fastest printer but quality is good
