Thanks to inadequate and sometimes contradictory instructions the printer took ages to set-up and I was near to returning it when I finally got it linked to my laptop and router. There were constant references to a WPS PIN number required for the set-up. This was supposedly (but wasn’t) supplied with the printer and eventually turned out not to be required. Eventually, I found a short HP video on set-up which resolved the problem. It works fine now but setting up a wireless printer shouldn’t be this difficult.

A very good printer but a pig to set up with my Apple Mini. I had to call in an expert and it took him an hour. The days of installing a driver or simply hooking up with a compatible and pre programmed PC are long gone. and this is a printer for domestic use!

Took me an amazing length of time to set up for wireless connection – the route to the driver was surrounded by traps into undesired apps.
Once set up it works just fine – fast and good quality.

Bought this a couple of weeks ago as my old Deskjet kept requiring ink to be replaced as it had dried up.
Quick to set up and get running.

Good quality prints, quite quiet but set-up is difficult. the Handbook is not comprehensive and you have to download app for full info. Still cannot print double-sided
