After much deliberation as to its necessity I gave in and bought this soup maker mainly for its chop and sauté, function however the sauté function doesn’t really sauté, Onion for example still smells raw. One soup I made tasted rather unpleasant but a parsnip soup I made worked well. I look forward to using it more with my husband’s allotment produce in the summer. It blends beautifully However it is VERY noisy – I thought the first speed was bad enough but then there were two more levels – I had to leave the kitchen. It is also quite heavy, but I knew that from reviews. The clean option works well but needs a wipe around afterwards. Overall I would recommend this soup maker – it is very sturdy and has many options.

It’s a blender that makes good soup, again as all ninja products it is super easy to use and the fresh soup is lovely.

This makes lovely soup and is much better than the soup maker I already have. Haven’t tried anything else yet but I’m sure they will be just as good. I have many ninja products and they are all outstanding.

So easy to use, great smooth and chunky options and so easy to clean.

Looks and feels like a quality built machine. I liked the fact that the jug is glass not plastic.The jug is quite heavy in its own right. Used twice to make soup. One smooth and one chunky. The results were really good. It is a bit noisy when spinning (like a howling derwish) but I can live with that. I used the recommended cleaning method for the jug but it doesn’t quite do the job so hand washed as well. I used a thick cloth ( highly recommended) to avoid cutting myself on the blending blades as they are really sharp. Overall happy so far…

It’s brilliant really made soup making so much easier I used to cook it on the hob and then struggle with it being hot trying to get into my blender this has made the whole process simple I’m now eating so much soup I have weeks of it frozen up ready to go.
