One of the best laptops I have owned. Since buying this Chromebook I’ve become a huge fan of Google. The connectivity and speed knocks most windows laptops into a cocked hat. It’s easy to use, a good robust design so it can take knocks without any issues. You haven’t got to think out updating – new software releases are super quick to update. Given that this particular laptop has also got hot spot connectivity, you’re unlikely to be without the internet. Even if you are you can still access your files.
Battery life is as advertised around 10 hrs. Display is nice and crisp and its also light so easy to take anywhere. Unless you’re an advanced macro user or an avid gamer I think for the price you would hard put to get a better machine.

Competitively priced and an e-gift-card (remember to claim the gift-card) when the time window opens. Set-up is amazingly easy if you have an android phone, transferred all files and the important stuff in minutes (no cable required). Would give 5 stars, but let down by a just about acceptable speaker (you can add your own). You can also connect to another screen via the HDMI port for multitask working. Very easy to split the screen into separate work spaces. The other features are too numerous to list, no backlit keyboard, if this is a must for you. I purchased a separate backlit keyboard £25 and connects seamlessly to the chromebook.

I just needed an upgraded device to browse, do emails, online shopping and banking. I am delighted I got a chromebook which is very secure and does all I need at a reasonable price

I think the product is great, however the service could have been better. It at least the explanation of the £50 evoucher and then communication and understanding of the sales people. It took be half an hour in the shop on the phone to staff at customer service to explain the voucher as the sales clerk didn’t know much about it. Def needs improving. The product however is great
