I bought this monitor as an upgrade for an old 1080p. The colour reproduction is fantastic and you can appreciate the increased sharpness with 1440p resolution. HDR works well however non HDR content will looked washed out as with most monitors. If you’re going to get a 2K screen, make sure your computer can output at this resolution smoothly otherwise you won’t get the benefit of the sharper image.
This is a fantastic budget monitor for the price!

I’m using this with old kit that can only drive it at 1920×1080. Nevertheless the display couldn’t be prettier, and I find the 27″ screen lets me sit just a little further away than from the previous 23″ which is now a secondary display, and this somehow seems easier on the eyes. Definitely a worthwhile upgrade, looking forward to seeing it with a better video source.

Whilst it doesn’t have any fancy features and is quite basic, for general working from home, it’s excellent value for money with QHD. Took a while to work out how to get the brightness up – there is a setting which you have to disable on the monitor to control it manually – and the desktop app makes it easier than using the buttons. Refresh rate isn’t great for gaming, but for general home office use, it’s great.
