I bought this to protect new I phone as it popped up when buying the phone, so I fort I’d give it ago !!
you don’t get much for your money, £40 for a thin bit of soft rubbery plastic no lens cover and no screen cover.
it just protects the side basically so I had to buy lens protection and screen protection
My old gorilla case is still solid, dropped phone loads of times and she is still like new inside ! Fully protected
So I am a bit disappointed with it it does look cosmetically better mind ew very smart

It’s an Apple product, yes it’s pricy but is just quality and works, I’ve had similar case before not by Apple and they tend to discolour over time (brown usually, why brown!!), these don’t, snaps straight into place and is fully MagSafe including working with the Apple wallet which doesn’t come loose. You do have to be bought into the Apple ecosystem but really is a lovely bit of kit. Some people say it can be slippery, I had no issues with it and besides shows off your lovely new phone! Argos service was similar, no issues at all and a great price, just a shame a lot of the shops have disappeared but that’s probably consumers fault and the whole on line shopping thing!

I bought this case to protect my iPhone, but now that I’ve used it, I’m not sure it’s worth the price. It feels quite slippery in the hand — which might be intentional — but I personally prefer something with more grip. The material isn’t completely hard plastic; it does have a bit of silicone flexibility, but I would have liked it to be softer and more flexible overall. So I can pop my iPhone out easily. Personally I can see the appeal being loyal to the Apple family but if I can rewind back time could have brought 3 phone cases for different moods. You can tell good quality materials have been used, but it let me down on the functional side
