I bought this product about 3 weeks ago and it works excellently. I love the fact that I could use it without plugging it. I mean it will serve me during autumn and winter when I donot need cold water and during summer when I might have to plug it in to make the water cold .. Honestly, this is my best purchase of the year .

I brought this a few weeks ago and was not impressed. after following the instructions to set it up, the water was coming out with a chemical taste, ran it through multiple times and still a chemical taste, don’t waste your money

I bought this as I think can’t rely on tap water anymore. The first glass of water tasted bad, But after few glasses, the taste is good and all my family are happy with it. No more water bottles or tap water.
