I have been using this new machine now for about a week and so far so good. It looks very stylish and works like a dream. It is quiet with a good variety of wash cycles. I haven’t yet connected it to Wi-Fi so can’t comment on that but happy with my purchase, and for the price paid, it’s great.

Only had 2 days and looks the part. So far great with excellent delivery. Instructions for install of acoustic noise board could be clearer as they look AI produced and not by a person who has done it.

I bought this after our old machine gave up the ghost. This machine looks good and washes clothes well enough. Plenty of programmes and easy to use the app to manage it. So the problem is the 1400 spin (same as my previous machines) is not very effective. Clothes are still quite ‘wet’ when I get them out. I often set a further spin cycle, which makes a slight difference, but still nowhere near as effective as the old machine. It is disappointing and not very economical to run, due to extra spin cycle used and/or extra drying time. Would not buy same again.

New machine delivered on 13/02/2026, installed machine and its not filling with water. All outlets checked for sufficient pressure and had no issues with previous machine or current dishwasher running from the same supply. Pretty disappointed with a brand new machine not working and having to wait at for an engineer to attend.

Bought to replace a 7 year old washing machine from another manufacturer and boy have things improved. Everything from the door closure to the washing powder drawer is better but the best thing of all is how quiet the machine is. It’s a 10/10 from me
