Bought for my grandad as I have one myself and know it’s easy to use and not too noisy and it’s not disappointed! He is 92 and does not struggle to use this at all!

I bought this washing about a month ago, the machine is an upto date version of my previous hotpoint and is a lot quieter, I’m very impressed with it.
I paid to have it installed and the old machine taken away, as it happens I’m glad I did because within half an hour of it being installed I went into the kitchen to find the floor swimming with water, I hadn’t even started to use it. My daughter was here and we stopped the leak and phoned hotpoint who eventually called back and said the fitter would be here at 7am the next morning which he was. He said I know what’s wrong and all it was was a missing washer in the hosepipe connection to the machine……so I suggest asking if there’s a washer in the connection! That said Hotpoint were helpful.
