This brilliant printer is ideal for home office use. It’s quick, and after inital diffculties adding to my existing hp package (can use the serial number if you get stuck) connects well. Printing looks good and print tray hold a good quantity of paper. The only time it’s really been noisy is when it’s done a firmwear update.

A manufacturing problem, not an ARGOS problem meant that it was not possible to switch the printer off. To do this required it to be unplugged. So, returned it for a full refund.
Had HP printers in the past. This was the first problem one.

Good printer scanner however the touch screen is rather small for someone like me with large fingers can be difficult to program details like password for internet connection

This HP8122e printer was available at a good price to replace my Envy Pro 6432. The printer uses some recycled plastics. Setup wasn’t straightforward as you have to use HP Smart app which doesn’t work with my HP Chromebook so had to use my mobile device. Go figure. Some of the components like the front cover and paper drawer are a but flimsy. The colour print quality isn’t as good as my Envy but it does take 4 separate cartridges.Print speed is acceptable. Also the printer has a larger footprint than my Envy which unfortunately won’t connect to my WiFi.

Absolutely fantastic printer. Not laggy at all, prints fast and clear. Easy to set up and use. Paper stays in the bottom drawer which is nice as looks neater. The digital screen is good too as you don’t have to try and guess what button does what. Would highly recommend
