I ordered this product as a birthday gift. Unfortunately when my boyfriend unpacked it and plastic parts were scratched and cracked. I’m disappointed with this situation. How you can send damage products for the customer before quality check?
It looks like I’m not the only one person with that issue. I can see on reviews with photos same scratches like on mine blender.

Basically I bought last week ago, I haven’t used 3 times i was busy, So basically on the top closer head are they’re not perfect, Because is liking on the top obviously I have tried to put less milk or water, But still was same,
And also I have been back to the the store shop Argos, One of the stuff she was rude and telling me you dropped or falling the machine, I said to her if you drop this, it will be broken yeah, But I haven’t dropped and not broke or any damages, I have said just liking on the top, And still she was arguing with me 😅😅
