We ordered this microwave as we had its predecessor for 15yrs (door finally cracked) and were thrilled to see Panasonic still do a very similar version. The build quality is superb and the simplified control panel makes using all the functions even easier.
Ordering was simple and delivery was prompt and on time. What more can you ask for?!
We tossed up whether to go for an air-fryer, as they’re all the rage, but this microwave does it all and more. A great buy!

I’ve had one of these for many years and this was a replacement. When it arrived the door does not sit square or flush and it makes a different sound when closing the door. I reported this but they keep telling me there is nothing wrong with it despite not seeing it. I’m not stupid. I know when something isn’t right but they won’t replace it. Really disappointed

Was concerned about reviews about instructions but, they are actually fine if you stop and read them. I’ve not had a combi microwave before and so far, after using defrost, reheat, jacket potato and oven settings I’m loving the simplicity. Easy to clean too.

Worked once. 2nd time plate struggled to rotate. 3rd time plate ceased to rotate. Took back for full refund. Very disappointed.
