Not good, couldn’t get picture into screen, due to having no keystone correction for the corners, the screen was wonkey, not very bright, could only position it back to get it to the size needed in the screen, but still could correct into the corner, no Bluetooth, sent it back to Argos.

Good so far. It would have been 5 stars if it had come with a proper instruction manual (and HDMI/HDMI cable), but pressing every button to see what it does doesn’t take too long. Beware, for those who don’t want to use wireless to watch everything, you probably need a HDMI to HDMI cable, which is not supplied. Only one device in our house (a computer) would connect with the HDMI/c cable provided. Still not totally sure how to switch sound on and off, but again, a bit of trial and error and it eventually works.

I would usually shop for such things online but with very limited knowledge of what I wanted I chose to buy from Argos, knowing that if I made a mistake, I could return to the local store with no problem. Aware that projectors vary in price hugely, I wasnt sure if I needed to spend more, to be able to project straight onto a wall in my sitting room. I also wasnt sure about conectivity to other devices but the Philips Neopix turned out to fit my requirements almost perfectly – the only issue was that it was bigger than expected, with no attachment to my tripod. I didnt need to black the room out to get a decent picture and, with usb and HDMI attachments I have been able to connect to phone, usb stick and game console, with bluetooth speaker connection via Firestick. Certainly no need to return for an upgrade at this point but will possibly invest a bit more for outdoor use in the summer. The wife wondered why we needed a projector – she’s also delighted in my purchase.

Good product if a little basic, the quality and resolution is great and the auto focus/keystone feature is effective – I think there are better smart projectors available for around this money, which makes this one feel a little basic

Good one but little confusing with the focus

If you expect this product to be able to project a rectangular image on a wall or roof, you’re likely to be disappointed. Returning as manufacturer defective. The auto keystone gives a level but completely misshapen image. Brightness is adequate for a very dark room. Despite knowing the dimensions, it’s noticeably bigger than one expects. It is also a very distinct grey plastic colour, not cream or pale as in product images, whilst the remote control is bright white. Connecting via the various remote streamed options was not easy with iPhone, iPad or Chromebook. Connection via HDMI to USB-C supplied was far more predictable, but often needed multiple connections to get audio working. Ports on the side rather than rear would allow the device to properly rotate freely. Not up to the expectations of a Philips product, even at the price.
