Great reliable SSD drive at a good price and a light weight. Bought it to use it as a spare External Backup hard drive. To use it as an external drive, a USB to Sata 2.5″ hard drive adapter lead cable is needed. The new drive will need to be Initialised, formatted etc. using Disk Management, in Windows 10/11 before use.

Bought this to provide a second HD for a laptop. Was installed and running inside of 15 mins.
Super easy.
Only issue was no instructions in the box, but a quick search found all the steps.

Works very well. If you’re used to a spinning rust mechanical hard disk, this will be a revelation.
Knocked a star off because the packaging was quite tatty. How long have these been on a shelf?

I bought the SSD around a month ago and I’m glad did . It works a lot faster than the standard drive in an old 2010 MacBook Pro , it has brought it back to life .

Point to remember if replacing a regular hard drive you need a mounting bracket to secure in the original brackets
