I collected this and got the assistant to confirm on the paperwork that the packing was quite badly torn. This was fortunate as I found the product wasn’t quite what I was after so it was returned and accepted without question.

I bought this a month ago for a new iPad Air and immediately found a design flaw with it. The iPad Air has a button on the top of for finger print recognition to unlock the iPad. However, this product had a rubber button cover over this making it the iPad function unusable.

Nice product in terms of quality, but the on/off protector on the case prevents you from using touch ID sensor on the IPad.

Bought for my Dads A16 2025 iPad and it did not fit it even though on website it says it will. Did question it when collected as the sticker on packet said it was for the 2024 iPad Air version. The case itself is a bit bulky on the back and plastic. Its okay value for money if it fits your iPad and if don’t mind having a bulky feel to the iPad. I ended up returning this as it didn’t fit and bought the Apple A16 iPad case from elsewhere instead.
I would recommend double checking your iPad make before purchasing if don’t want hassle of trying it out and returning.

The cutout for the camera is bigger than necessary, possibly because this cover will also fit an iPad Pro? The cut out for the main on/off switch is also wrong.

Provides good protection. But worth noting that it doesn’t provide a means to stand the iPad up whilst you use it for watching video etc. If you want that functionality then this isn’t the protective cover you need. Otherwise good product.
