I bought this product about a month ago. I liked the fact that it was closeable during cooking therefore presumably limiting the odour of frying. Upon using it though you are only able to fry 1 layer of chips as the basket doesn’t go down far enough into the oil. Resulting in 1 small portion of chips. Very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend due to this .

I bought this few weeks ago. I was not satisfied with it , hence I had to return it. There were 2 lights on the product.One should turn on when the product is switched on and the other light should turn on when the oil is hot. However, the start light remained permanently on. I eventually had to fry the fish. Unfortunately the fish was crispy and not to my taste. The basket did not sit in the oil, therefore I had to turn the fish over for it to be properly fried!
