I bought this machine last month after my 20yr old Zanussi machine eventually packed in. I wasn’t sure which model to go for as Zanussi don’t make washing machines anymore unfortunately. This machine was a reasonable price its efficient and easy to use also not a noisy machine. I would highly recommend.

We purchased this about a month ago and it gets used a lot as a family with two kids and a big dog. We’ve noticed a real flaw in the design where the rubber seal gets socks and smaller garments stuck in it, the space in the rubber seal is a lot larger than our previous washing machine and we haven’t experienced this with other washing machines we have had just this one. The small garments aren’t properly cleaned and haven’t been in the spin so are soaked too. The dog hair tends to clog up in there too I think because it’s getting trapped and blocked. Requires a lot of cleaning in the rubber seal area because of this. May replace machine with another as it doesn’t feel nice things are getting missed.
