I have had this product for a month. Really superb sound and very easy to set up and connect to the Samsung tv. Really adds to the atmosphere of music and sports events.

Purchased this sound bar as part of an offer. As there is no dedicated subwoofer, it lacks somewhat in bass. If that’s not your concern and you can pick this up on a deal, its a great supplement to modern TVs and their terrible sound quality. The link with Samsung’s Q-Symphony to supplement the high frequencies with the TV speaker is a welcomed feature, but not required.

Less than two weeks old, not functioning properly, tried reset, tried on another samsung tv, same issues, works for few hours, then no sound, keep having to rest to factory default settings

Lip sync issues. I’ve set up a few sound bars now and my last all in one Soundbar was much better for lip sync. I paired this with my new Samsung S90d TV because I wanted to try out samsung symphony which quite frankly ain’t all that. Lip sync is noticeably off.

I was so happy with the sound of the bar, especially with music. Not much bass, but a nice balanced sound and obviously it’s an all-in-one so will never match a separate sub-woofer!
Unfortunately the lip-sync issue made me send it back! I had read it on other reviews and thought I’d still give it a shot, but I had to adjust the sync for every platform I watched (Amazon Prime, Netflix, Fire stick.)
A real shame as I was initially so happy with it!
Fortunately Hughes Electrical were extremely helpful and allowed me to exchange the bar!
