I bought this a few weeks ago to link to my Chromebook for my college work. The design is perfect with smooth edges. It makes almost no sound. The only issue I have had with this is that when I put my laptop into sleep mode, and then use it again, I have to unplug the dongle and plug it back in. Otherwise I would highly recommend this product.
