The all-new Torqeedo Travel range – redefined by the pioneers of Electric outboards, More power, greater range, featuring backlit colour displays, foldable and adjustable tillers and a cable free plug in battery.
For tenders, dinghies and daysailers up to 1.5 tons, the Travel’s ultra-quiet and reliable 1100 W direct drive motor is perfect for inland waterways and harbours. It is lightweight and easy to handle at just 11.6 kg (25.5 lbs). It’s easy to install and use, too, with two shaft lengths, a stable handle on the shaft head, a handy lever for quick steering adjustments (360° // ±60° // fixed), and flexible tilt and trim positions.
Tiller-steered Travels put power in the palm of your hand. With infinitely variable speed and steering controls, the new-and-improved tiller eases docking and launching with its ultra-precise, foldable, and customizable design. Change the direction of forward and reverse, increase or decrease friction, and even use while standing! The backlit color display is built right in, with all the information you need including speed, consumption, charge status, and remaining range in time or distance. WiFi and BlueTooth come standard, so you can easily connect to the TorqView app for maps, trip logging, usage stats, maintenance info, OTA updates and other high-tech features.
The travel –S electric outboard motor is available in Essential (1080Wh battery) and Range (1423Wh battery) packages with both short and long shaft variants.
All Travel S outboards have 1100w direct drive motor with a power output of 1100W (comparable to a 3 hp petrol outboard).
