Really happy with this laptop so far. It’s quick to start up and feels smooth even with loads of tabs open and a few apps running at the same time. The 16GB RAM definitely makes a difference and everything just feels responsive. It’s also nice and quiet, which I didn’t realise I’d appreciate so much until using it regularly.
The 15 inch screen is a good size for work and watching Netflix, but the laptop itself is still slim and easy to carry around. It doesn’t feel heavy in a bag. Battery life has been great too, it comfortably gets through a full day without needing to plug in.
256GB storage is enough for everyday use, especially if you use cloud storage, but if you store lots of large files you might want extra space.
Overall, it feels like really good value for the money. Solid, fast and does exactly what I need it to do. Would definitely recommend.

For studying I’ve had it a few weeks now no problems very lightweight battery is good and charges quickly. Good for price the only problem I’m having is the microphone is very very quiet overall good for price.

TERRIBLE! When we purchased this laptop we didn’t realise that it was an ARM64 processor (which is not compatable with out accountancy software) and returned it to buy another one the next day. Because the seal on the box had been opened they refuse to have it back diespite it not even being removed from it’s plastic bag or even switched on.
This was the 3rd laptop our company had purchased in the last few weeks (the store is located convienently close to us) but needless to say, we will not be purchasing any more…. or anything thing else ever, for that matter. We used Argos not just because it was located close but also because we thought they were a reputable company – BIG ERROR OF JUDGEMENT.

I bought this laptop to replace one that had only 4gb of RAM and had outlasted any upgrades available. The difference is phenomenal in terms of speed, picture and sound quality, and with built in copilot, new to me, has rekindled my enjoyment of discovering new things.
