I bought this to replace my 2 drawer ninja air fryer, I have to say it’s been a complete waste of money, the large glass dish is too small and I really regret buying it as soon as I’m able I will be replacing this with the original 2 drawer airfryer, I like the concept of it being glass but in reality it doesn’t work, it doesn’t cook as well as the original airfryer I don’t like the way you lift the heating element off the glass bowl and then you’re left with trying to work out where to put the heating element whilst your turning food etc, no it’s not a winner for me

I bought this in November 25 and within one week the grill in the top section burned and now the machine smokes a lot. I have tried cleaning it but it still smokes. It may be my fault by too much food in the bowl which burnt into the grill. Do you make spare parts?

In its product specifications, Ninja does not show cooking temperatures, so there was no way to know before purchasing that the UK model is significantly different, and in my view inferior to the US model. While the US model reaches about 235-240 degrees C in max crisp, the UK one tops out at 185, degrees C, which turns out he be around 170 degrees C when measured after 10 minutes with an oven thermometer. This is not enough to get the results one would hope for in an air fryer and I understand that it’s even less than the normal air fryer setting in the US models. My normally crusty veggie burgers were pale and flabby, potato waffles gummy and french done just OK after double the time stated in the manual. Ninja. Why the difference? I made my purchasing decision based on all the good reviews in YouTube. ALL of them on US models. I didn’t know the difference, because you didn’t tell us. If you think the US version needs a high heat setting, why don’t suppose the UK doesn’t? So disappointed.

Love our Ninja Crispi! Its so easy to use and clean. It makes a variety of tasty food quickly! Our favourite meal so far is roast beef with roast potatoes. Delicious!
