Decent solid this air con & heater unit.
Ideal when it’s both too hot or too cold
Loses a star as you still need to vent the exhaust hose out of the window when using as a heater (so you have to open your window on a cold day). That being said, it heats up incredibly quickly, even quicker than it cools in air con mode
you can adjust the temperature of your room -2/+4 degress celcius within 20 mins or so (cool/heat)

I bought this towards the end of the summer months and found it really cools tge bedroom down. I only gave 4 stars as it is noisy to keep on all night.

This air conditioner really drops the temperature in our bedroom but it is Loud! I can sleep through as I actually find the noise soporific but my husband cannot so defeats the object really on a hot night. It’s good that it comes with its own window seal kit which helps for quick set up

I bought this a month ago and it does cool the room, although it might take a while to reach the desired temperature of the room. But overall, it is good value for money as you can adjust it remotely via your phone or Alexa. It can be a bit noisy though.

Bought this in summer during the heatwave, gotta say it made more of a difference and some. Had to turn it off at times as the room got even colder sometimes. No regrets here
