I have purchased Dyson fans for many years specifically because they are quiet.I purchased this Dyson fan humidifier as an upgrade from my older model.I suffer with severe asthma anything can trigger it also blocked sinus The humidifier fan purifies the air and adds moisture this helps with a stuffy blocked nose by keeping airways open it is very useful when the central heating is on by keeping the air fresh in your home not stuffy the machine is especially useful at night in your bedroom you awake without your nose being blocked. The machines are more expensive than others on the market however in my opinion there are the best on the market.A last piece of advice always use filtered water in the tank of the humidifier.

I bought this to increase the humidity and clean the air of dust a dander. Unfortunately it did neither and I returned it. It’s a very expensive fan but didn’t do the other function that it was purchased for.
