Dissappointing. I’ve heard a lot of positives about Sonos but the Voice Control keeps switching itself off & Voice Control doesn’t recognise my Apple Music or Spotify playlists. Everything has to be done in the app. The app doesnt have Play Next song or Play Last song buttons.

Finally upgraded from the 1st Gen Play 1. Happy that I finally have Bluetooth capabilities. Great sound, loud, bassy with well-defined mids. I use it every day. Amazing product.

Having heard the quality of the Sonos Era 100 whilst staying in an Air BnB, I pretty much knew that I had to get one and I haven’t been disappointed. Whilst I already knew that the sound was excellent (bassy when needed, clear, loud if needed too) I’ve been surprised by how much I enjoy how easy it is to connect to, including switching between devices like a phone to a laptop. The wifi connectivity function is liberating and I’ve even found myself using the ‘Alexa’ and ‘Hey Sonos’ features a lot more than I anticipated. They’re so convenient.

Happy with Sonos and this speaker addition as I grow my collection and move away from Alexa because they don’t sync music very well across speakers. I now have 3 Era 100 and 1 beam gen 2 and they sound great in tandem. I love the fact that I can adjust the volume/gain of each speakers independently. The only issue is if your Wifi goes down everything down.The app is not very good so don’t use or depend on it much.
