This is a must to speed up an home online gaming household. The kids are always complaining about the lag or buffing on their favourite console or console phone games on our busy home network. This is until the tp-link Archer GXE75 Tri-Band Wi-Fi 6E Gaming Router joined our household.
It is easy to install using the Tether app and the Tether app allows complete control of the devices that join the network. Allowing further speed to one device or another or connect direct to the gaming device removing any competition for bandwidth for the device. In addition to the speed increase gained by the devices we have also seen a range increase which means that not only is the lag removed there are no complete drop outs in any corner of the household.

This is a fantastic router that’s incredibly easy to set up and manage.
The setup was so straightforward, a nice little wizard talks you through and I just needed to google the login into for BT Full Fibre and input that.
It’s a nice sturdy unit that is very stable and the range is brilliant.
It has some nice options for QoS to prioritise gaming traffic and the app is really easy to use.

This Gaming router has made downloading games and playing them a breeze! No more lag either. My 2 sons are massive gamers and before I had this it was constant complaints about how slow the download speed was and how the games were always lagging. Not no more its easy to set up with the help of downloading a app you can use a ethinate cable or just wifi to connect its made life so much easier and now theres no more moaning. It has a stylish design and even lights up at the front to diagnose amy internet setup issues. Over all a brilliant product and a must for any gamers out there!

I was hoping that this would be the end to Ethernet cables running down the stairs, but sadly not. It maybe that I’m not doing something right, but it’s not made any difference to the connections upstairs. Could also be due to my internet provider but we have a fast speed so who knows. Was disappointed

I’ve been using the TP-Link Archer GXE75 for a little while now, and I’m really happy with it. It has made a difference especially in terms of speed and reliability. I received this as a gift to trial and have used it for gaming, streaming and Zoom calls, and it hasn’t disappointed.
Straight out of the box, it took less than 10 minutes to get everything connected. I personally prefer using the browser-based setup over the app, but both work fine. I was online and tweaking settings in no time.
Speed-wise, it has been brilliant. I’m consistently getting high download speeds over Wi-Fi—often matching what I’d get with a wired connection. My family mainly game on Xbox and occasionally stream 4K on the TV, and the router handles both with no lag or buffering. Even with multiple devices connected (laptops, smart TVs, phones), everything runs smoothly. The connection has stayed solid with no drops.
The full range of features (like parental controls and advanced QoS) requires a TP-Link account and app login, which might not suit everyone. And I am not sure how it would perform in a large house.
All in all, I’m really pleased with this router. It’s fast, reliable, and perfect for my needs. Whether you’re a gamer, a heavy streamer, or just want a robust home Wi-Fi upgrade, I’d definitely recommend the router. It feels like a proper step up, and it hasn’t failed me since I started using it.

Bought to replace a mesh system as reviews showed good wall penetration. Failed pretty miserably in a 4 bedroom house. Wired/ethernet speeds were good but not fully using a 900d/900u connection. Ease of setup was really good and the app/options are very thorough. Overall a good unit but can’t replace a mesh system for larger homes.

Super fast and reliable router! As an avid gamer I was expecting good things from this and it didn’t disappoint! The wireless network is faultless too. I use an Ethernet cable to my PC & Xbox and works like a dream! I wasn’t sure if I was going to commit to using this router or just try it but it is now my full time router as it trumps my old one completely! Fully customisable too in the tether app. Super easy set up, virtually plug and play. You can choose if you have the led lights on too so if it’s in a room where you sleep, they don’t have to stay on but I love them!

I’ve been using this router for a week now, it’s a night and day speed difference compared to my old WiFi 5 router. Whereas I can get an average of 400 Mbps when WiFi speed testing near the old router, with this new WiFi 6 TP-Link I was able to reach WiFi download speeds of 1700 Mbps from the same location, mind-blowing, I didn’t even know it that WiFi 6 could reach such speeds. The setup process was easy, no configuration was necessary, I just had to connect the cables and it worked immediately. Also, it completely replaced my broadband provider route although I think this can vary from providers.
Because my gaming setup is wired to the router it’s hard to know if there is any real difference when connected to the ethernet cable. Still, I recommend this router if you want to improve WiFi speeds and your broadband provider can reach higher speeds.

Great for gaming! Does exactly what it’s supposed to do.! As someone who isn’t tech savvy this was relatively simple to install. This has improved my online gaming massively, giving me a stable connection whilst playing. Improved my download speeds massively.
